I’m excited to introduce myself as one of the new bloggers at StudyAdvantage. Hoping to be able to give some insights, tips and maybe inspiration, regarding the life at an international University. Which was something I found quite tricky to find information about, when I was in the applying process.

I’m currently studying my very first semester at the Business Management program at Kings College in the great city of London. Even though I haven’t even had my first proper midterms exam yet (which will take place next week, and I’m currently stressing out just a little bit…), I already feel like this was the best choice for me. There are numerous of reasons why, but below follows a list, just to mention a few…
1. The composure of modules.
A good mixture of Socially oriented modules and Business related subjects. Which suited me very well, because of my background with a high school degree in social sciences, but a growing interest in business.
2. The professors
It is very cool feeling to google a topic discussed during a lecture, to find an entire article in “The Economist” discussing a thesis written by that very same professor.

3. The City
To me London is a great city to be a student in, tons of opportunities to engage in your future career, along with many social events. It’s that great mix, of feeling like a typical university student, but it also gives you the opportunity to live a regular “city life”.
4. The Maughan
I enjoy my libraries, and because of this the enriched Maughan library is a reason itself to study at Kings College. The old architecture of high vault and sky high shelfs of books put you into a great study mood. Besides, the coffee shop down the street serves one of the best coffees in all of London!
