The core of LSE is of course its coveted programmes in Economics, but these days the university excels also in Mathematics, Political Science, International Relations, Law and select other programmes. LSE truly represents a global hub for thought leadership, as well as a true London landmark on the global academic scene. LSE’s public lectures (which, by the way, are publicly accessible!) attract world leaders in their fields (like Amartya Sen, Angelina Jolie, and Boris Johnson) for fascinating discussions. London School of Economics is a hard working environment, and graduates often go on to pursue either further education, or careers in the City of London.
