Located in mid-size university town Kingston in Ontario, Queen’s University is one of Canada’s most well-known institutions, with a strong reputation across most of its faculties, ranging from Law to Engineering to Social Sciences to Business (or ‘Commerce’, as they say in Canada). Almost 60 Queen’s grads have received the prestigious Rhodes Scholarship.
Student life is dominated by on-campus activities, events, clubs & societies and sports. The university has an athletic rivalry with McGill University, another of Canada’s top schools. But when the student scene becomes too much, Queen’s students can easily make their way to Toronto (2.5hr drive).
