This is a school where you truly have the attention of the teaching staff, with class sizes averaging around 10 students. Outside the classroom, you can get involved with one of hundreds of student ensembles, or by getting practical experience from one of the internship programmes with e.g. record labels, concert venues, etc. With these resources and opportunities has bred some fine modern artists, including the likes of John Mayer and Dixie Chicks lead singer Natalie Maines. And on top of all this, Berklee is located in downtown Boston, arguably the best student city in the world, and where you can friends at other universities like Harvard, MIT, Tufts and BU.
